PSE認證簡介：
日本的電器產品市場很大，日本的消費者對電器產品的安全性也非常重視。從2001年4月1日起，日本《電氣用品取締法》正式并將其更名為《電氣用品安全法》統一使用PSE標志，并加強了對進口商的懲罰措施。
PSE（Product Safety of Electrical Appliance & Materials）認證（在日本稱之為“適合性檢查”）是日本電氣用品的強制性市場準入制度，是日本《電氣用品安全法》中規定的一項重要內容。目前，日本政府根據日本《電氣用品安全法》中規定，將電氣用品分為“特定電氣用品”和“非特定電氣用品”,其中“特定電器用品”包括115種產品；“非特定電氣用品”包括339種產品。
PSE包括EMC和安全兩部分的要求。
凡屬于“特定電氣用品”目錄內的產品，進入日本市場，必須通過日本經濟產業省授權的第三方認證機構認證取得認證合格證書并在標簽上有菱形的PSE標志，如下圖所示：
而屬于“非特定電氣用品”目錄內的產品，進入日本市場，須經過自我測試和自我聲明，確認符合日本電氣用品技術基準，并在標簽上有圓形的PSE標志。
CQC作為中國境內惟一取得日本PSE認證授權的認證機構，類別覆蓋PSE特定電氣用品10大類產品。
